On Saturday, Oct. 29, Greenbrier River Rollers host the Chemical Valley Rollergirls from Charleston. Tickets for the event are available at the door with kids 5 and under for free. Come in costume to get reduced admission cost and participate in the half-time costume contests for adults and kids. Bleacher seating is limited but you are encouraged to bring your own chair and sit trackside. Concessions will be provided by When Pigs Fly BBQ and Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company beer will be available.
Greenbrier River Rollers, a 501(c)(4) organization, routinely supportslocal charities and has selected Alderson Hospitality Houseto receive a portion of the proceeds and 50/50 raffle at this bout. Alderson Hospitality Houseis a non-profit bed and breakfast for friends and families visiting women in the Federal Prison Camp Alderson. Their property also suffered damage during the June flood and they are in need of additional funds to help rebuild.
