Davis & Elkins College has announced the names of students who achieved the Dean’s List for the fall 2015 semester, which includes all full-time students with a 3.6 or higher GPA. MacKinzie Smith, daughter of Sandy and Lisa Carter of Renick, was listed on the Dean’s List.
