White Sulphur Springs-Rebecca Bowling Whited, 89, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020.
She was born Aug. 15, 1930, a daughter of the late John Harrison and Urzula R. Coffman Bowling and was a life-long resident of White Sulphur Springs.
Preceding her in death other than her parents were her husband, Leon Whited; two sons, Stan and Dale Whited; and three siblings, Eleanor Hardaker, Anna Conner and twin brother, John Bowling.
Those left to cherish their time with her are her sister, Louise Pack of Ripley; and her three remaining sons, Mike Whited (Rose), Alan Whited (Angie) and Steve Whited (Shari). She was blessed with nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren that gave her much joy.
Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, at Mapledale Cemetery, White Sulphur Springs.
There will be no visitation.
