Dear Editor:
I received a bill from the City of Lewisburg for $20, stating it was for a Fire Fee. A few days later I received a bill for $30, out of the blue with no notice or a referendum to vote on. I would think the taxpayers of Greenbrier County should have that option. This is wrong, if not illegal.
