Randy Allen Morgan
Ronceverte-Randy Allen Morgan, 61, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014, at his home in Ronceverte.
He was born Mar. 3, 1953, at Ronceverte, a son of the late Darius Edward and Anna Dorothy Morgan.
Randy was of the Baptist faith and was a flooring finisher for B. A. Mullican in Ronceverte. He loved Fantasy Football and training his beagles.
He is survived by: son, Jason Morgan (Sydney) of Barboursville; grandson, Jacob Morgan; sisters, Robbie Bostic (George) of Ronceverte and Carletta Fletcher of Williamsburg; and brother Benny Morgan (Cande) of Edenton, NC.
It was Randy’s request that he be cremated and services will be held at a later date.
The family received friends Thursday evening, Sept. 25 at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte.

Joseph Willard Adwell, Sr.
Caldwell-Joseph “Joe” Willard Adwell, Sr., 70, passed away Friday, Sept. 19, 2014, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
Born Mar. 24, 1944, in Latrobe, PA, he was a son of the late Willard John and Sara Louise Gardener Adwell.
Joe, as he was called, was a machinist and pipefitter during his working years. He loved hot rods, backyard mechanic work, car racing and cooking. He also liked airplanes and went to an Airport Mechanic School.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by family members, Lawrence “Larry,” Timmy, Richard, Naomi and Salvester Adwell, Rev. John and Carrie Gardener, and grandson, Joseph Charles Adwell.
Survivors include daughter, Christina J. Adwell of New Castle, DE; son, Joseph W. Adwell, Jr. of New Castle, DE; sister, Martha L. Elmore of Caldwell; and two grandchildren, Nicole A. Musser and Jacob R. Musser both of New Castle, DE.
His funeral service was conducted Tuesday morning, Sept. 23 in the chapel of Shanklin Funeral Home where Rev. Don Trent officiated.
Interment followed in the Adwell Cemetery near Ronceverte.
Visitation was Monday evening, Sept. 22, at the funeral home.
