Rains on Monday put a puddle in front of the Rainelle library, but the water a year ago filled up the building and ruined all of the contents. After a year of cleaning and renovation, and finding thousands of books to replace the lost inventory, the library is running on its regular schedule, and has more than enough books to fill the shelves.
