Article 1014.05 of the Zoning Ordinance – Appeal from a Decision of the Board
“Any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision or order of the Board may present to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County a petition duly verified, setting forth that such decision or order is illegal in whole or in part, and specifying the grounds of the alleged illegality. The petition shall be presented to the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of the decision or order of the Board.”
Public Hearing
1. Appeal by Richard Alexander Herndon for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a special exception to allow for the placement of a manufactured home 16X76 in size along with a second primary residence on the lot owned by Deborah Dunbar at Hillcrest Drive, Ronceverte.
2. Appeal by Jane A. Johnson and Arthur & Ruth Bartenslager for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a special exception to allow for the placement of a temporary manufactured home 14X70 in size including any setback variances needed on the lot located at 654 Coffman Cemetery Road, Lewisburg.
3. Appeal by JOI Properties, LLC for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a special exception to allow for a commercial building to be used for agricultural enterprises on the lot located at 30626 Midland Trail E, Lewisburg.
