Meadow Garden has announced that it was found to be deficiency-free during the most recent Health and Life Safety Survey by OHFLAC (Office of Health Facility Licensure and Certification).
OHFLAC was in the center for three days looking at documentation and speaking with residents and families. Meadow Garden is proud of the quality care they provide. Brenda Holster, executive director, stated, “We have great staff at Meadow Garden who do an excellent job every day taking care of our residents. We seek input and support of families to help us do the best job we can taking care of their loved one. Meadow Garden is a wonderful little center with a supportive community. I am so proud of my staff at Meadow Garden and the incredible job they do every day. They have much to be proud of.”
