Lewisburg Mayor Beverly White surprised Polly Welch on her 105th birthday with a plaque from the city commemorating her milestone birthday. Pictured are Mayor White (left), Polly Welch, and Polly’s daughter, Betty Jo McNeel. Polly was also congratulated by Senator Joe Manchin via video call.
