Greenbrier East sophomore Abbey Londeree dominated the cross country course this past Saturday at the Spartan’s home invitational. Londeree finished first with an impressive time of 22:38, and 45 seconds ahead of her second place competitor. Although this was only the second race of the season for the East Harriers, Londeree is no stranger to tough competition and hard work on the cross country course. She was the only female runner on the team who made it to States as a freshman last year. The East girls team finished 3rd overall while the boys team finished 4th.
