Sarah Edmond, a lifelong resident of Lewisburg, received her White Coat in a ceremony on Sunday, May 1, at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is the daughter of William (Bill) Edmond of Caldwell and Ronda Hardesty Edmond of Lewisburg, and the granddaughter of Kay Hardesty.
Sarah is a graduate of Greenbrier East High School and has worked at Fairlea Animal Hospital as a vet tech since high school.
She was presented her White Coat by Dr. John Tomlinson, owner of Fairlea Animal Hospital, at the ceremony. She has begun her clinical studies in her final year of school. Sarah will be a member of the 2023 graduating class of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and continue her work at Fairlea Animal Hospital as a full doctor of veterinary medicine.
