Isabelle Rogner of Lewisburg was crowned Miss Marshall on Oct. 24, on the 50 yard line at Marshall University’s Homecoming Football game. She is the daughter of Geraldine and Christian Rogner. Isabelle is a 2012 graduate of Greenbrier East High School and currently serves as Marshall’s Student Body Vice President. She is also competing in her senior year of cross-country for the university and will graduate with honors in Spring 2016 with a degree in International Business and minors in Political Science and Marketing.
