The kickstarter project to save the Lewis Theatre reached its goal of $39,000 in 39 days. With an hour to spare on Nov. 3, the goal was met, and a few hundred extra dollars came in. As promised the extra money will go to small theatre improvement projects in conjunction with the switchover to digital.
