The State Fair of West Virginia is proud to announce that Savanna Leech will receive the Gus R. Douglass Scholarship, one of the five, four-year scholarships for up to $1,000 a year, given by the State Fair Endowment to a youth that has been involved with exhibiting at the State Fair.

Savannah has shown market hogs, purebred Duroc and Chester White swine at the Fair.  Savannah is the daughter of Roy Leech and Christine Leech from Frankford.
