On Friday, Sept. 29, the Lee Street Studios Centre for the Arts kicked off the weekend by hosting an Open House at their new facility located in the old Lewisburg Elementary School.
Numerous local artists had pieces and collections on display throughout the expansive hallways of the former “E” building, which now contains rentable studio spaces for all kinds of art-driven folk. For entertainment, Thom Bresh performed a live show on Saturday evening in the old library while the open house was in full swing. The center plans to host frequent concert and public galleries, so if you didn’t make it to this one, there will be a chance in the near future!
