Landon Chaja, a California native, has joined Grist Real Estate as the team’s newest licensed agent. Originally from Solvang in the Santa Ynez Valley, Landon moved to Lewisburg with his fiancé Delanee Stapp, a student at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. He said that he’s found the transition to small town life in West Virginia relatively easy because, like Lewisburg, Solvang is a similar community with restaurants, parks, and a tourism focus.
Landon’s prior work has been in customer service and retail. He feels he relates comfortably to a wide range of people, and he says he feels a sense of satisfaction when he makes others happy. He has worked at the Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort in California and at the Greenbrier Sporting Club. He is currently completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration through California State University of Channel Island.
Landon was attracted to Grist Real Estate because of the comradery and team focus, and the opportunity for mentorship.
Landon and Delanee live in Lewisburg and are the proud parents of two dogs and a cat. Their dog Asia is a Korean Jindo, Koda is a Pomeranian, and their black cat’s name is simply “T.”
