On Thursday, Aug. 20, 2015, a rainbow met James Patrick Norris as he passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family.
He was the beloved husband of Barbara and is survived by his children, David, Thomas and Leah; daughter-in-law, Kirsten; son-in-law, John; and grandchildren, Eric, Cassie, Meaghan and Annika.
He was the loving son of the late William and Nellie Norris of County Kerry, Ireland. He is also survived by his loving siblings, William, Thomas, Mary Ellen, Sheila, Raymond and Marian.
His career spanned over three decades as leader of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America. After retirement, he found his final career and a new passion in acting and appeared in numerous plays.
Friends will gather to celebrate his life on Monday, Sept. 14 at 7 p.m. at Greenbrier Valley Theatre.
