Jeff is survived by his wife of 29 years, Beth Hargett Nolen. Jeff was the love of her life. Also, his son, Jordan Nolen, who considered his father his best friend, and his beloved beagle, Button. Also surviving are his parents, Robert Charles and Brownie Nutter Nolen, Sr.; his brother, Bob Nolen (wife Wanda); aunts and uncles, Terri Craig, Pat and Linda Nolen, and Roger Surratt; nieces, Christina Nolen and Sarah Nolen; nephew, Charles Nolen; and many special cousins whom he loved very much.
