Everyone’s favorite ride, The Wild Mouse, has been constructed on the State Fairgrounds! The Wild Mouse is usually the first ride built every year, and when Rt. 219 commuters see it go up, they know the fair is almost here. The State Fair of West Virginia opens on Friday, Aug. 14.
