The sixth annual “Healthy Holiday Happening,” which will feature a relaxing massage by the Dabney S. Lancaster Community College Massage Therapy students, accompanied by light lunch prepared by the DSLCC Culinary Arts students, will be hosted at the DSLCC Rockbridge Regional Center on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Massage Therapy students will be supervised by Program Head Gloria Lawrence.
There will be information available about career pathways in the areas of culinary arts and massage therapy; complementary therapists will be participating, also.
For planning purposes, only those with appointments will be able to participate, and the number of appointments is limited. The cost is $35 per person; proceeds will go to the programs involved.
