A stone just inside the front gate of the Greenbrier County Youth Camp near Anthony was unveiled Sunday, Sept. 24, to honor Dr. Lucie T. Refsland who has served on the Camp’s Board of Trustees for decades and also as treasurer and financial advisor/grant writer for the camp. She also was chairman for each of the 20 Greenbrier Youth Camp Family Fun Days held in July at the State Fair in Fairlea.
The unveiling followed the third annual GCYC Board of Trustees Honors Luncheon at the Camp which was opened in 1954 and has grown steadily over the past 63 years serving the youth of Greenbrier County.
