The 70-voice Greenbrier Valley Chorale, directed by Barbara Wygal Lutz with piano accompanist Teresa Bryant, is gearing up for their Winter Concert set for Dec. 14. New members of all ages are welcome! The Greenbrier Valley Chorale has a 20-year reputation throughout West Virginia for high caliber performances.
“We promise you’ll have a great time singing beautiful music!” Director Lutz exclaims.
Director Lutz will hold auditions on Tuesday, Sept. 2, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Carnegie Hall at 105 Church Street, Lewisburg. Auditions for the Chorale are short, simple and private. You do not have to make an appointment for a particular time. Choral experience is, however, required.
Concert rehearsals are held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday nights at Carnegie Hall in Lewisburg. Singers ranging from advanced high school students to senior citizens come from all over Greenbrier County as well as Monroe, Pocahontas and Raleigh Counties in West Virginia and Alleghany County, VA.
