The Greenbrier County Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is announcing changes to the Greenbrier Valley Festival and Event Sponsorship Program.
Nonprofits or multi-partner collaboratives that host events or festivals in Greenbrier County can still apply for up to $2,000 in funding. However, the grant can only be utilized for social media advertising. The application process is open year-round. Applications must be submitted no less than 60 days prior to the event.
“We want our events and festivals to have continued success and hope that providing additional marketing dollars through social media will attract more attendees,” said Kara Dense, president and CEO of the Greenbrier County CVB.
The CVB will host a webinar at 10 a.m., March 6, for those interested in applying for funds or who want to learn more about the changes to the program. For more information, visit https://greenbrierwv.com/cvb-grant.
