The Greenbrier County Grand Jury released the August 2020 indictments earlier today. Charges range from burglary and drug possession to false reporting of explosive devices. Michael Neeley Jr. of Dallas, TX, was charged with false reporting concerning a bomb or other explosive device and the threat of a terrorist act.
