Two Greenbrier County residents have received their degrees from Shepherd University. Alicia Charlene Napier from Frankford and Allison Paige Wilson from Grassy Meadows each received her degree.

Seven hundred and forty students received baccalaureate degrees during Shepherd University’s 144th Commencement on May 6. Fred T. White, senior director of business development at ABS Consulting, delivered the commencement address and was also awarded an honorary doctorate.

Located in West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle, Shepherd University is a public liberal arts university. Shepherd is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges (COPLAC).
