Dear Editor:
Soon we will be celebrating our next holiday, Thanksgiving.
This is a holiday to be celebrated with grateful hearts for all we have been blessed with during the past year and to express that gratitude to God. Praise more, worry less. Praise more, complain less. Having grateful hearts makes us happier people.
A portion of a verse from the Bible in Hebrews 13:15 says “offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, giving thanks to His name.”
Thanksgiving Day is a reminder to give thanks every day of the year not just once a year.
Enjoy the feast but don’t forget to first give thanks to God from whom all blessings flow.
Wishing everyone a very “Happy Thanksgiving.”
