George Allen Propps, 63, of Rupert passed away after a long illness on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025. He was born on May 2, 1962, to the late James and Jane Propps at Ronceverte.
George enjoyed the outdoors. He loved riding side-by-sides, hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters Lula Slayton, Elva Cooper, Lena Propps; brothers Joseph Propps, James Propps, Johnny Propps, and nephew William Propps.
Those left to honor and remember George are his sisters Donna Propps and Evelyn Viturels; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, Sept. 12, at 1 p.m. at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville, WV.
