The GEHS Gold Golf Team of five players traveled to Nicholas County to play at Summersville for a nine-hole match against Nicholas County and Oak Hill on Thursday, Sept. 1, on the par 35 Nicholas Memorial Golf Course.
The low 4 total was counted for each team. GEHS finished first with a total of 162. Individual scores were Jacobey Gore – 35 (Co-Medalist), Gavin Ray – 35 (Co-Medalist), Colin Wiley – 45, Cody Shaffer – 47 and Dwain Sheppard – 49.
Oak Hill finished second with 200. Scores were Seth Stover – 45, Logan Hornsby – 51, James Ratliff – 51 and Madison Lilly – 53. Nicholas County was third with 208. Scores were Kobe Alderman – 46, Jacob Foreman – 51, Mike Rader – 54, Cameron Anderson – 57 and Hunter Willis -59.
