Reba Gallant, formerly Reba Altizer of Frankford and a 2006 graduate of Greenbrier East High School, has been unanimously voted to serve as the new President of the Brier Creek Masters Association and the Brier Creek Tract A Homeowners Association in Raleigh, NC. The appointment was made in June 2013. The Brier Creek Village Association was established in September of 2007 and is currently managed by Charleston Management. It consists of a variety of retail, restaurant, grocery, single-family, and multi-family residential housing communities in the Brier Creek Area of Raleigh, NC.
Gallant is a 2009 graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. In 2011, Gallant assisted in the management of a 166-unit property in Asheville, NC, where she received the following honors: “Top Sales, 2nd Quarter”; “Top Leasing Specialist, 3rd Quarter”; and “Annual Top Sales of North Carolina, 4th Quarter,” by her former company, Colonial Properties Trust, now Mid-America.
In February of 2012, Gallant was promoted to Assistant Property Manager with Colonial for a newly-acquired community consisting of 350 luxury-style apartment homes in the Brier Creek Community of Raleigh, NC. While serving in this position, Gallant was nominated for the Service Appreciation Award, 3rd Quarter, for her dedication and enthusiasm following the transition of on-boarding eight new employees in a ten-month period.
Gallant presently serves The Exchange at Brier Creek (a Waterton Residential Community), where she is the Assistant Property Manager of the 274 luxury-style urban apartment homes and lofts. She and her husband, Christopher, currently reside in Raleigh.
