Fred was preceded in death by his brother Jack Lane Workman, and his sister Bonnie Sue West.

He is survived by: his beloved wife of 45 years, Josephine Ann Blake Workman; three daughters and one son, Carla Renee Lilly (Cecil), Leigh Ann Berg (Matthew), Amanda Jo Workman (Kenneth Pond), Fred Jared Workman (Molly); five grandchildren, Casey, Caleb, Cassie, Elijah and Timothy; sisters, Betty Jo Lewis (Buck), Linda Kay Keene (Billy), Janice Ellen Page (Ervin), Pamela Jewell Rizzo, Rachel Workman; brothers, David Lynn Workman (Lois), Randell Lee Workman (Anna), Andy Workman (Barbara); sister-in-law, Janie Dolan Workman; brother-in-law, John West; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Fred’s first love was the Lord, followed closely by his family. He took great joy and pleasure in his children and grandchildren. Never meeting a stranger, Fred was always willing to lend a hand wherever help was needed. As an avid outdoorsman you could find Fred hunting, working in his garden, or taking long walks. He served his community for 50 years as a contractor and had served with the National Guard.
