Flight student Harry Humphreys of the Union area, is all smiles after making his first solo flight this week at Greenbrier Valley Airport. For a new pilot, First Solo is something they will never forget, and for the instructor, it is always a thrill to see a fledgling launch out on eagle’s wings. In addition to his certificate from Eagles’ Wings Flight Training, the airport manager, Steve Snyder, presented Harry with a T-shirt, and of course – a SOLO cup!
