Brandon Allen Boyd, 26, Alderson, reckless fleeing from an officer;

Jonathan Blake Comer, 33, Summersville, obtaining money, property or services by false pretenses – value of $1,000 or more;
Triston Daniel Crookshanks, 21, Maxwelton, breaking and entering, petit larceny (misdemeanor);
James Caroll, DePriest, 40, Caldwell, failure to register as a sex offender or provide notice of registration changes (2 counts);
Donna Eagle, 54, Fairlea, financial exploitation of an elderly person;

Micah Charles Ray Gilkeson, 26, Lewisburg, driving while in an impaired state – 3rd or subsequent offense;
