The winning piano design will be placed outside of Lewisburg City Hall
Local artists will work with a different sort of canvas this fall with the Lewisburg in Bloom Committee’s outdoor piano painting contest. This contest is for the painting of a new piano that will be installed outside of Lewisburg City Hall for the public’s use.
Participating artists will need to submit a design to be chosen by Mayor Beverly White by Monday, Sept. 30. Artists need to paint and seal their designs. The keyboard and pedals cannot be painted.
The artists will create their artwork on the piano this fall. The winner will be awarded $200 after the completion of the project.
