Dear Editor:
Rev. Stephen Baldwin, who is running for a seat in the WV House of Delegates, was raised in our schools and churches, oversees an effective ministry, and has served diligently on the Greenbrier County Board of Education. It is so refreshing to see someone not only talk-the-talk, but walk it. Our community is very fortunate to have a young person with his skills, vision, determination and ethics enter public service; and it is important that we affirm this by electing him to represent us in November.
