Registration for spring semester 2017 begins Monday, Nov. 7, at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College. New and returning students are asked to call for appointments with academic advisors to select courses that will begin the week of Jan. 9, 2017. Individuals may contact Student Services on the Clifton Forge, VA, campus at 540-863-2820 or the DSLCC Rockbridge Regional Center in Buena Vista, VA, at 540-261-1211.
New students are encouraged to begin the enrollment process early to discuss applications, options for financial assistance, and placement testing.
DSLCC invites individuals to apply who have not attended college before, as well as those who attended and stopped out, but now plan to return. Students attending other institutions and planning not to return are invited to enroll in DSLCC to complete a program of study and enter the workforce or to transfer to earn a bachelor’s degree. Advisors will work with each student to discuss goals and plan a pathway that meets their needs and is affordable.
For more information about the registration process or programs of study available, call or visit the campus in Clifton Forge or the DSLCC Rockbridge Regional Center in Buena Vista. Please note that DSLCC will be closed on Nov. 24 and 25 for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and reopen on Monday, Nov. 28.
