Joshua Doss took his oath of office as the newest member of the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, June 18. The oath was administered by Chief Circuit Judge Robert E. Richardson.
Joshua has served as a police officer with the Lewisburg Police Department for the past few years.
Josh stated, “I am thankful for the opportunity to serve the citizens of Greenbrier County and I am eager to begin my career with the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department.”
Sheriff Sloan commented, “Josh is going to be a tremendous asset to our department and the county. We look forward to his service with the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office and his continued commitment to public service for the citizens of Greenbrier County.”
