Donna Kay Pugh, 73, of Rainelle (Loops Road) passed away Mar. 28, 2025, at Peyton Hospice House in Lewisburg, WV.
She was born Oct. 8, 1951, in Bellburn, WV, the daughter of the late Lawrence F. and Armada Pitsenbarger Hall.
Donna formerly worked at a convenience store and Appalachian Root and Herbs. She loved shopping and never met a stranger.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Barbara Bragg and her stepfather John Thomas.
Surviving Donna are her husband Wayne Pugh of Loops Road; sons, Russell Pugh of Loops Road and James Walter Reichard of Gillette, WY; grandchildren, Tyler Reichard, Josh Reichard and Nathan Reichard; great-grandchildren Remington Morris, Laken Reichard, Landon Reichard, Skylar Reichard and Audrey Reichard; and sister, Drema Bennett of Crag.
Services will be held at a later date.
