West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH), along with the State Fair of West Virginia, will hold an Informational Workshop Public Meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 14, in the West Virginia University Building on the State Fairgrounds, 891 Maplewood Avenue, Lewisburg. The purpose of the meeting is to update the public on the proposed pedestrian underpass to be constructed under US 219 South.
No formal presentation will be made. The scheduled public meeting is from 4-6 p.m., and the public will be afforded the opportunity to ask questions and give written comments on the project throughout the meeting. Plans and details will be available for review at the meeting.
