David Brian Bostic, 71, of Pickaway passed away Monday, Mar. 31, 2025.

Born Nov. 14, 1953, in Charleston, he was the youngest son of R. Rankin and Ruth Kidd Bostic.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Steven L. Bostic.

Surviving are his wife, Debbie and children Jason David Bostic and Dr. Amanda Barton Bostic; brother, Richard K Bostic, his wife Freda and numerous nephews, nieces as well as friends who became family.

Dave was a 1971 graduate of Union High School and Revco Tractor Trailer School in 1972. He was a certified Heavy Equipment Operator and Truck Driver, and was a dedicated employee of Central Supply Company at the time of his passing.

Dave loved his family farm, raising beef cattle and sheep as well as the family dairy cattle. He was a very friendly person always willing to share a story. He never met a stranger and offered a helping hand to those in need. He will be deeply missed.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Apr. 6, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg. Burial with Masonic Rites conducted by Monroe Lodge #77 will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery in Union.

The family will receive family and friends Saturday, Apr. 5, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg.
