The Blessing of Quilts for Missions was held at Christ Our Savior of the Valley Lutheran Church on Sunday, June 21. The 12 quilts will be sent to Lutheran World Relief and Orphan Grain Train for distribution around the world and the United States. The project was through Lutheran Woman’s Missionary League with Lyla Clark and her granddaughter Sierra Clark being instrumental in the completion of the project. Christ Our Savior is located in Lewisburg at 810 N. Jefferson Street with worship on Sundays at 11 a.m.
