The second annual James Monroe High School (JMHS) Student Government MoCo Car Show and Flea Market will occur on Sunday, Apr. 28, from 1 to 5 p.m. in the JMHS parking lot. This event is free to the public for viewing with concessions.
The car show will have the following nine categories for all participants who wish to enter: Modern Car (2000-present), Modern Truck (2000-present), Classic Car (1999 and older), Classic Truck (1999 and older), Most Unique Build, Community’s Choice, Best Interior, and Best Rust Bucket. All who wish to participate in the car show must pay a $20 entry fee to be placed into the competition, and the winners will be given trophies.
The flea market will set up on the perimeter of the JMHS parking lot. Tables cost $20 and set up will begin at noon.
The car show and flea market are scheduled from 1-5 p.m. at JMHS on Sunday, Apr. 28, so come on down for games, food, and fun!
