Please publish this letter in your paper. We are asking for help from anyone in the Greenbrier area who might have information about our relative, James R. Harrah. In particular, we are looking for a picture of James. James was born in 1862 in Greenbrier County, Virginia. His father was Harrison Harrah and his mother was Phoebe Shepard. His sister was Melcena Harrah Burns.
