Matt Boswell continues his real estate/auctioneer career with Coldwell Banker Stuart and Watts Real Estate Inc, as a realtor for broker Tom Johnson, located in Lewisburg, of Greenbrier Valley area including but not limited to our surrounding counties in Southern West Virginia.
He will work very hard for all clients.
After graduating from Greenbrier East High School, Boswell married Stephanie Richmond and moved to Nashville, TN. After his first child, Breanna, was born, he and his wife wanted to be close to family and returned to Greenbrier County where he managed JTM Sporting Goods. After their second child, Darris, was born, Boswell pursued a career as an auctioneer and Realtor. Boswell, along with his family, enjoys hunting, fishing and trapping but mostly enjoys music. Boswell plays piano and guitar, sings and performs with his daughter.
Boswell, who resides in Ronceverte, joined the firm of Coldwell Banker Stuart and Watts in February, 2016. He obtained his West Virginia real estate license in 2012. He has worked as realtor and auctioneer in southern West Virginia for over three years.
Based on his past work experience, Boswell has developed good communication and problem solving skills which will be beneficial to the buyers and sellers he serves. Boswell’s goal is to develop strong positive relationships with those he works with on a daily basis.
