White Sulphur Springs-Barbara “Bobbie” Carolyn Reynolds, 69, passed away Friday night, Mar. 11, 2016, at her residence.
Born July 26, 1946, in Charleston, she was the daughter of the late Homer James and Loutecia Ola Ward Boggs.
Bobbie was a member of the St. Thomas Episcopal Church in White Sulphur Springs, where she was President of the Episcopal Church Women. She was an avid reader, a great cook, and loved and helped raise her grandchildren. She also loved to dance.
Surviving are: her husband at home, Dewey Reynolds; daughter, Marti Eben Libby; and grandchildren, Lyrica Caelyn Pence, Kaya Breelin Pence, Jude Keiran Libby and Camryn Elizabeth Libby; brothers, Donald Boggs, David Boggs, Dennis Boggs, Daniel Boggs, Dwayne “Tim” Boggs and Doug Boggs; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were conducted at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, White Sulphur Springs, Wednesday, Mar. 16, where Rev. Chris Thompson and Rev. Betsy Walker officiated. Burial followed in Hillcrest Cemetery in White Sulphur Springs.
Visitation was Tuesday evening, Mar. 15, at the funeral home.
