Mayor Beverly White celebrated Arbor Day on Monday, Apr. 22, by reading a book called “Nell Plants a Tree” by Anny Wynter and reading the Arbor Day proclamation to students at the Greenbrier Community School. After the reading, they planted a beautiful Black Cherry Tree on the campus.
