The French Goat will be adding Friday lunch and Sunday Brunch beginning Jan. 22.
The menu will feature Starters such as French onion soup and truffle fries. New salads, including the classic tuna Nicoise will be added. A burger menu, “Le Burgers du Goat,” will be their take on the traditional burger – take for example Le Bordeaux Burger, a house-seeded brioche bun smeared with pommes puree and topped with charred onions, sautéed cremini mushrooms, cheese trio and bordelaise sauce.
Main dishes include favorites such as chicken Paillard, croque madame and pot au feu pie, a classic French dish of short-rib stew with potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and green beans, in a cabernet demi-glace sauce in a savory pastry shell.
French Goat hand-crafted cocktails take center stage featuring Bellinis, mimosas and their own “Bloody Marie” – a version of the Bloody Mary that you’ll not soon forget.
