The third annual Spring/Easter Craft Vendor Show will be held at the State Fair of West Virginia in the Cecil H. Underwood youth building on Friday Mar. 15, from 12 noon to 7 p.m. and Saturday, Mar. 16, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The American Heritage Music Hall is a nonprofit organization that is located in Ronceverte on Island Park. We would like to sincerely thank the State Fair of WV for accommodating us with a place to do our fundraiser for the Music Hall during the ongoing ownership dispute between the Hall and the City of Ronceverte for the Hall building.
There will be over 40 local crafters and vendors to participate in this event for the community to come out and shop. The Easter Bunny will be at the fundraiser to entertain the children on Friday, Mar. 15 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, Mar. 16, from 12 noon to 4 p.m. There will be eggs for all the kids filled with candy and prizes.
There will also be raffle baskets to sell tickets on, including an adult Easter/Spring basket and a child’s Easter basket. The winner will be drawn on Saturday night and will win both baskets.
The concession stand will be open and serving hotdogs, BBQ, chicken salad sandwiches, nachos and cheese, brown beans and cornbread, chips, drinks, and dessert.
We will end the fundraiser on Saturday night with a dance. The Thomas Taylor Band will provide an evening of good ole down home country music.
There is a $10 admission charge for adults with children under 10 years old admitted for free. There is no smoking or alcohol allowed and all ages are welcome. Food concessions will be available at the dance.
This event is a fundraiser for the American Heritage Music Hall with 100 percent of all setup fees, food sales, raffle basket sales, and admission fees benefiting the Hall.
