On Monday, July 18, West Virginia House of Delegates member George “Boogie” Ambler visited Alderson Energy Express. He spoke to the children about the importance of an education and reading. He then read a book about the value of healthy friendships and working together as a team, featuring Peter Pan.
Ambler was quoted saying, “Friends working together can make a true difference.”
Alderson Energy Express would like to thank Ambler for taking his time to speak to and read with them. Energy Express runs through August 5 and is still looking for volunteers. Please contact Anna Weiss at 304-660-5453 to volunteer.
