Attorney General Patrick Morrisey announced that a consumer representative from the Attorney General’s office will hold public events during March throughout central and southeastern West Virginia. The Office representative will educate consumers on the latest scams in their area, provide tips on how to guard their personal information and answer questions about consumer protection settlements.
Justin Arvon, a consumer outreach and compliance specialist with the Office, will host the events, which are scheduled below:
• Mar. 1: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., McClintic Library, 500 8th Street, Marlinton
• Mar. 2: noon – 1:30 p.m., Monroe County Library, 303 South Street, Union
• Mar. 29: 2 – 3:30 p.m., Greenbrier Public Library, 152 Robert W. McCormick Drive, Lewisburg
