Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has announced that a consumer representative from the Attorney General’s Office will hold public events during September throughout central and southeastern West Virginia. The office representative will educate consumers on the latest scams in their area, provide tips on how to guard their personal information and answer questions about consumer protection settlements.
Justin Arvon, a consumer outreach and compliance specialist with the office, will host the events in Greenbrier County, which are scheduled below:
• Sept. 14: 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Mobile Office Hours at Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street, Lewisburg
• Sept. 26: 10-11:30 a.m. Mobile Office Hours at Rainelle City Hall, 201 Kanawha Avenue, Rainelle
• Sept. 27: 10:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Mobile Office Hours at White Sulphur Springs City Hall, 589 Main Street West, White Sulphur Springs
